Agreement Scope:

The scope of this Agreement is the use of the following respective agreed service, provided by ScanGow to the User against payment.

• Basic package
• Intermediate package
• Advanced package

The agreement applies regardless of the place where the service is taking place.

Agreement Conclusion:

Before the submission of the respective legally binding offer by the User, an explicit confirmation of the User that the User has read and accepted the T&C is mandatory and required either through the system or by sending an email.

The User shall ensure that the e-mail address provided by the user is correct and that e-mails sent by ScanGow will be received and will not be blocked or filtered to junk folders.

An Agreement is only concluded after ScanGow accepts the User’s offer through a declaration of acceptance and complete the payment within 2 working days.

Account: 

ScanGow team will provide the user with a username and temporary password. This account will enable the user to add products and services through a dynamic password-protected admin area.

The User must not disclose any account information to any third party, including the password. The User is solely responsible to maintain the confidentiality and security of the account and for all activities that occur through or in connection with it.

ScanGow team has the right to monitor the content of the accounts and suspend any account in case of improper, inaccurate information was presented.

Users should understand that sensitive data should not be shared with the public on the system. Any person that has access to the QR code or linked website will have access to the content. ScanGow is not responsible for misuse or misunderstanding of usage. 

System updating:

ScanGow has the right to update, upgrade, add or remove any function or option to the service without previous notification to users. In case of maintenance, the ScanGow Support team will send a notification to users.

Service Ending:

ScanGow has the right to stop the service to any user that is not paying the annual or monthly fees on time. Moreover, accounts that are posting inaccurate information will be suspended too.

Requirement:

ScanGow has the right to conduct due diligence for any business before accepting a future agreement. Those who do not pass the due diligence phase will not be accepted to benefit from ScanGow services.

Revocation/ Withdrawal:

The user is entitled to this right of withdrawal for 7 days after the conclusion of the Agreement and requires a justified notification to Scan by email to Scan hello@scangow.com

Liability

Any liability of ScanGow is excluded.
